JOB DESCRIPTION
- Shape the future of our workforce by cooperating with the BOD & HR Leader to design training and talent development strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision and goals.
- Drive excellence in learning through building training policies, processes, and robust evaluation systems across the organization.
- Create impactful learning experiences by standardizing frameworks, formats, content, and training materials tailored to the evolving needs of teams and individuals.
- Invest wisely in people development by building training budgets and managing costs effectively across internal and external programs.
- Empower our teams with capability development programs that enhance skills, performance, and career growth.
- Inspire others directly by delivering in-house training modules and sharing expertise.
- Contribute to organizational success by providing insightful reports and recommendations that shape decision-making.
- Take ownership of growth by designing, executing, and continuously improving annual, quarterly, and monthly training plans.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn; strong logical thinking and critical thinking
- Passionate about learning and considers it a source of joy
- Enjoys reading; reading books is one of the main hobbies
- Keen on spreading the love of learning and reading to others
- Strong ability to plan, manage, and execute tasks according to schedule
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in English (IELTS 6.5+), or currently studying to improve further
- Previous experience in a technology company, or as a teacher/lecturer in Mathematics/Computer Science
- Public speaking and MC skills are an advantage
- Adapt quickly to industry innovations; ability to apply technology in training is an advantage
- Experience in Learning & Development, Organization Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering in the Game/App industry is an advantage.

- Salary negotiations, up to $900;
- Only 1-month probation, with full NET salary;
- Fixed end-of-year bonus: 2 (two) months of salary;
- Annual business efficiency bonus: based on product revenue, paid from 1 month to n months of salary (unlimited), depending on contribution and project role;
