JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Employer Branding & Internal Communication - 70%

- Create and publish recruitment posts across various communication channels, including Facebook, LinkedIn, job sites, communities, and other relevant platforms;

- Support the development of employer branding content to showcase the company’s culture, working environment, employee stories, and career opportunities;

- Share and promote the company’s values, culture, and employee experience through online and offline activities;

- Organizing regular internal events, employee engagement activities, and company culture initiatives;

- Participate in building connections with universities, communities, and external partners;

- Support the organization of campus activities, career talks, internship programs, job fairs, and other talent attraction initiatives;

- Assist in tracking the performance of employer branding activities and suggesting improvements.

2. Recruitment - 20%

- Support recruitment posting across social media, job boards, communities, and referrals; answering candidate questions about company culture and work environment.

- Participate in maintaining a positive candidate experience from first contact to final result.

3. HR Operations, Training & Internal Activities - 10%

- Support the organization and coordination of internal training sessions, workshops, and sharing activities;

- Assist in preparing materials, logistics, communication, and follow-up for training programs;

- Support other HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Fresh graduate or junior candidate with 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Employer Branding, Recruitment, Communications, or related fields; 

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Information Technology, or related majors;

- Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work well under pressure;

- Able to host events as an MC; 

- Good organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks;

- Good communication and writing skills in Vietnamese; 

- Experience in marketing and employer branding is a strong plus;

- Experience in organizing student activities, clubs, events, career programs, or community activities is a plus;

- At least 6 months experience working in the Game or IT industry is a plus;

- English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher is a plus.
