JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan, execute, and manage User Acquisition (UA) campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and ironSource.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the Creative team to propose and test creatives that resonate with players.
- Conduct market research on user behavior and mobile game trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure growth objectives are achieved.
- Prepare campaign performance reports and propose data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Solid foundational knowledge of Digital Advertising and User Acquisition.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Game/App industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work effectively with data.
- Creative thinking in proposing creative directions and testing campaign strategies.
- Proactive learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a strong team player.
- Proactive, responsible, and growth-oriented work attitude.
- Clear long-term career orientation in the Mobile Game / UA field.
- IELTS score of 6.5 or higher.
