JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a friendly, passionate individual to join our casual game studio as a Customer Support. You will be the bridge between our players and the studio - answering their questions, solving their problems, and making their gaming experience better!
Your responsibilities including:
1. Customer Support (Email, Fanpage, and Storefront):
- Provide timely and professional customer support via email and on the storefront
- Address user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure user satisfaction through efficient communication.
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
2. Test Creative on Various Networks:
- Assist in testing creatives for user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Applovin, Unity, Meta,etc.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1st or 2nd-year university students or anyone who can commit to this job for a long time;
- Able to commit to long-term work (minimum 6 months – 1 year);
- Able to work onsite at our Hanoi office;
- Good English communication skills (reading & writing mainly);
- Patient, hardworking, responsible;
- Experience in customer service is a plus;
- Passion for mobile games is a big plus.

- Salary range: 4,000,000 – 8,000,000 VND per month;
- Flexible working schedule within 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (minimum 20 working hours per week);
