JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design high-quality 3D products for the project;
- Design low-poly 3D assets such as characters, environments, textures, and visuals for casual, hyper-casual, and puzzle game genres;
- Optimize the mesh balance (Tris) of the models (Low-poly) for use in the game;
- Process UVs and textures to ensure optimal cleanliness and optimization;
- Prioritize candidates with existing products/games in low-poly 3D style;
- Proactively identify issues and review problems that arise in the product;
- Contribute to the design process and provide guidance for the project's visual direction; actively contribute ideas for the product and workflow;
- Ensure quality meets the requirements of the Art Team Leader and Production Manager;
- Deliver high-quality products on time.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Having passion and in-depth knowledge of fine arts;
- Strong knowledgeable in color, layout, visual lighting, and materials;
- Understanding of human and object anatomy and proportion, as well as scene composition;
- At least 1 year of experience in 3D mobile game art or relevance;
- Proficient in basic 3D tools such as Maya or 3DsMax, Blender, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, 3D Coat and other 3D software;
- Being diligent, progressive, and responsible for work;
- Ability to draw by hand or do 2D digital painting is a plus;
- Ability to create 3D animations and effects is a plus;
- Proficiency in creating high-poly models and realistic textures is a plus;
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as Vray and Arnold converting 3D to 2D is a plus;
- Having passion for games, especially mobile games is a plus.

- Month salary range: 10,000,000 VND - 25,000,000 VND;
