JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Playtesting & Market Analysis
- Playtest competitor mobile games daily, identify small gameplay, UI/UX, and progression adjustments
- Analyze existing market games to extract proven design ideas and optimization opportunities
- Support internal playtesting to ensure levels are not stuck and UX issues are minimized.
2. Supporting review Game Design & Documentation
- Maintain basic game design documents using Google Sheets & Google Slides
- Support level design by creating and balancing game levels
- Document insights from level data and gameplay tests.
3. Collaboration
- Work closely with Developers, Artists, and Business teams to support feature implementation
- Communicate design ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hardworking, careful, and persistent, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks over a long period.
- Willing and able to commit to full-time, on-site work at the office.
- Willingness to learn, open to feedback, and eager to develop new skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to collect, summarize, and analyze information, market trends.
- Able to write basic Game Design Documents (GDD) and reports.
- Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, etc.).
- Willingness to learn and use basic tools/software related to mobile game production.
- English reading comprehension skills.
- Having 3 to 6 months of experience in game design is a plus.
