JOB DESCRIPTION
- Build and manage product roadmaps.
- Work with Game Designers, Developers, Artists, Data/BI, and Marketing/UA teams to develop features, gameplay, content, and product optimization initiatives.
- Manage the product backlog, and follow the development process from concept to launch/live operations.
- Analyze key metrics such as retention, engagement, monetization, UA, and LTV to support product decisions.
- Research players, market trends, and competitors to propose new product directions.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Game Designer, Project Manager, or similar role in gaming/app
- Product-driven và data-informed mindset
- Good understanding of mobile game development and key game product metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a high sense of ownership.
- Willing to learn, experiment, receive feedback, and adjust direction when needed.
